We request that all guests are RSVP'd by Wednesday, May 14th. We ask that you respond by this date so we can finalize our guest count with our vendors. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, we will have to assume you are unable to attend and unfortunately will not be able to accommodate any additional guests on the wedding day. We appreciate your understanding!
In your invitation, you can scan the QR code provided and it will take you directly to the RSVP page of our website. If you would prefer to find it here, you can click on the RSVP tab at the top of the page.
As our wedding will be an intimate event, we kindly ask that you do not bring a plus one. Only guests that are formally invited on your invitation will be accommodated. Should you need any clarity, please reach out to Brian or Tyler.
While we deeply love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event with the exception of those in our wedding party. Please consider our celebration a night off!
Please be aware that cell service may be unreliable as you drive up the mountain to the venue. We recommend downloading the directions in advance to ensure smooth arrival.
The short answer is please arrive at 6:00 PM. We request that guests arrive at 6:00 PM to join us for a pre-ceremony gathering. The ceremony will begin promptly at 7:00 PM. If you are running any later than 6:45 PM we kindly ask that you notify someone other than the bride or groom so we can accommodate your entry without disruption of the ceremony.
As our wedding will be held at a private residence, we strongly encourage our guests to Uber or carpool with other guests. If you are driving your own vehicle, we will have someone directing parking upon arrival.
It is very important to both of us that all guests are fully present during the entirety of the ceremony. We have hired a wonderful photographer to capture our day and all photos will be shared as soon as they are available, so please refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony.
Both the ceremony and reception will take place outside. Although it will be June, the weather in Temecula is absolutely beautiful. In the evening, the temperature can be around 60-70°. If you are prone to being cold, we recommend bringing a shawl, cardigan, or light sweater to utilize at night. Please also note that our event will take place in a grassy area therefore we recommend avoiding wearing stilettos or thin heels.
The dress code for our wedding is summer formal. We encourage guests to dress in elegant, warm-weather attire; light fabrics, soft colors, and breezy styles. Black tie is not required, but please dress to celebrate! Please view the "Attire" tab on our website for inspiration and additional information.
When planning our wedding, it was important to us that the day truly reflects who we are and what we love most. Instead of a traditional dance-focused reception, our celebration will feel like an elevated dinner party; intimate, warm, and filled with great conversation & many laughs. Those who know us well know that our favorite way to celebrate is by spending quality time with the people we love most!
