We met in college through a mutual friend and hit it off immediately. What started as a natural and effortless friendship quickly grew into something more. We built a deep bond, one where we could talk about anything and everything. From dreams and fears to faith and the future. As college came to a close, we had grown incredibly close, but the next chapter felt uncertain. I was living in Dallas, and Moyo was in Houston. Long-distance wasn’t something I ever saw myself doing, BUT God was already aligning our steps. Moyo received multiple job offers in Austin, Colorado… and Dallas. And yes, he chose Dallas (: Looking back, it’s clear that every step was divinely ordered by God. Since then, we’ve grown not only in love, but in patience, understanding, and faith. We've supported each other through various seasons of growth emotionally, spiritually, and financially. Learning how to truly show up for one another. From 23 to now entering our 30s, we’ve grown together, building something steady, honest, and rooted in grace & unwavering love. Truly finding love, support, and comfort in eachother’s arms. “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud." — 1 Corinthians 13:4 As we prepare to become one, we are overwhelmed with gratitude, for: the love we’ve found, the journey we've shared, and the God who’s been at the center of it all. We look ahead with full hearts, excited to keep dreaming, growing, and walking through life hand in hand with faith as our foundation, and love as our home. We are soulmates, best friends, and each other’s greatest blessing. With that said, we can’t wait to make it official and begin forever as one <3
