Bus will leave the Courtyard Hotel at 3:10pm.
If you want to drive on yourself, mention at the gate that you are here for the Blume/Hung Wedding. They have a list of the guests and will verify that you are on it!
Some Ubers can go on base, but it is limited and unpredictable.
