How do I get base access?

Download the file and fill out all of the highlighted information, including both social security number AND driver's license. Under sponsor, please put Claire Blume and phone number (847) 915-2213. Please submit the pdf files to Claire's secure Dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/request/HNJDdXnz8bPp1yg6h14u This form needs to be filled out for all guests over 18 who do not already have base access (i.e. active duty, retiree, dependent, or government contractor ID). If you have any questions, please contact Claire or Teddy.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

Yes, if you decide to bring your little ones along, they are more than welcome to celebrate with us! Please note it in your RSVP so we can have enough chairs and kids meals if needed.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be busses from the hotel to the venue to make it easier for everyone to get on base. Ubers/Lyft cannot go on base. We recommend that guests not staying at the hotel Uber to the hotel for the busses.
