FAQs & COVID-19 Info

Question

COVID-19

Answer

Your health and safety are our top priority, and we are doing everything we can to ensure that anyone who wants to celebrate our wedding with us can do so safely and comfortably! Both of our venues currently have policies in place to help keep everyone involved in our special day safe. Holy Trinity Catholic Church is asking all guests to remain masked during the ceremony, and pews have been set up to promote social distancing. The Perot Museum of Nature and Science has requested that all our guests sign a waiver before entering the building. This waiver can be printed in advance or signed at the door upon arrival. The museum also asks that guests remain masked at all times when not actively eating or drinking. These are unprecedented times, and while we will be thrilled if you decide to come, we also understand given the state of COVID-19 if you choose not to for any reason. We completely understand and we can’t wait to see y’all when all this is over – hopefully sometime soon!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We originally asked to hear back about your plans by March 1, 2021. However, invitations were extremely delayed in the mail system. Please just let us know as soon as you can!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire is requested!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes - right here! Click on the "Registry" tab at the top of this page.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please aim to arrive by 1:30pm so that all guests have time to enter the church in a socially distant manner. We will update this website soon with more precise details for arriving at the ceremony!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony/reception?

Answer

We will have a bus available for guests to ride from Hall Arts hotel to the ceremony and back, as well as to and from the reception! All of the wedding venues are within 5-10 minutes of each other, so everything is very close. If you would like to take the bus to the ceremony, please plan on being downstairs in the lobby of the Hall Arts hotel at 1pm. The bus will pick up by the valet area of the hotel!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes - there is ample parking for guests at both the ceremony and the reception venues! For parking at the Perot Museum, enter through River Street, approach the security gate and press the button. Security will answer. Please let them know who you are here for the wedding, and proceed through the gate and park in the first row closest to the Museum in any space available, including “Reserved” spaces.

Question

Do you have a hotel block or any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Our primary hotel block is at HALL Arts Hotel Dallas, and we also have a block at Tru by Hilton Dallas Market Center. However, these are just recommendations and there are dozens of hotels in the area to choose from! Check out the "Travel" tab above for more information.
