Where is the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will take place at The Butterfly House, 151 Commissioners Flat Rd. Peachester, Queensland. Australia

Where is the reception?
Answer
Just steps away from the ceremony, we will enjoy the reception at the same address

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will start at 4 pm sharp, so we recommend arriving a bit before that for nibbles and drinks

Do I have to mail my RSVP back or can I RSVP online?
Answer
Feel free to RSVP online, but we do love snail mail!

What is the dress code?
Answer
The wedding will be held entirely outdoors so we recommend wearing hot weather appropriate (garden party style) clothes. Dress it up a bit but be comfortable. Girls and eclectic males remember that pointy high heels don't do well on grass!

Are there any colours you would prefer me not to wear?
Answer
Unless you would also like to marry Tim please don't wear a white dress

Will there be a shuttle?

We will be arranging a shuttle for those who need it once the majority of our guests' accommodation is confirmed

Have you reserved room blocks?
Answer
We haven't reserved room blocks, we feel AirBNB's in the area are superior to the hotels available in the area and suggest you look into these

Are there any local places you'd recommend I visit while in town?
Answer
The glasshouse mountains are a very scenic place and we highly recommend exploring around. Montville and Maleny are quaint little towns and Caloundra is a larger town with beaches.

Yes there is parking available onsite

We love meeting new people but we'd appreciate if you cleared it with us personally first

Can I bring my children?
Answer
Yes you may bring your children, we will do our best to provide activities to keep them happy and provide kid friendly food options. Please keep in mind there is an unfenced stream that borders some of the property - we appreciate you being mindful of this detail!

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be outdoors. Don't worry we have an indoor backup plan incase we face a rainy day! (Apparently good luck?)

Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food options?
Answer
Once we receive feedback about what kind of dietary concerns we've got to be mindful of we will include needed options in our menu

Can I take pictures and/or post pictures of your wedding on social media
Answer
Yes! However we ask that during our ceremony you refrain from using your cellphone cameras. We will have a professional photographer taking care of that and we would not wish to obstruct her view in any way. That being said, shots you take throughout the day are free to go up whenever!

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

We anticipate the reception will end by 11 pm

Answer
In order to enter Australia you will require an ETA (electronic travel authorization) which can be found at https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing/electronic-travel-authority-601 there is a $20 processing fee
