Dinner will be served buffet-style with multiple entree options, including beef and chicken. We will also have vegetarian/vegan buffet side options, HOWEVER, PLEASE let us know if you would prefer a separate plated dinner for a V/V+ option. Please let us know if you have any other specific dietary restrictions and/or allergies that we should be aware of.
