We recommend that our out of town guests stay in downtown Berkeley--it's super cute, walkable, has great public transit, and there's a lot to do! Hotel Shattuck and the Residence Inn by Marriott are our top picks. For day-of transportation to the Berkeley Botanical Garden, we will be arranging a shuttle from the Hotel Shattuck (just next to the Downtown Berkeley BART station) to the venue. For guests who are driving, we will reserve parking spots at the venue.

4:15 - Pick up #1 at Hotel Shattuck (just next to Downtown Berkeley BART) 4: 30 - Drop off #1 at the Botanical Garden, feel free to wander the gardens 4:55 - Pick up #2 at Hotel Shattuck 5:10 - Drop off #2 at the Botanical Garden 5:30 - Wedding Ceremony In the evening, the shuttle will be available to return guests to downtown Berkeley every 30 minutes, on the hour and half hour. If you would like to use the shuttle before 10pm, please let our wedding coordinator Janice know. Scheduled shuttles will run at 10:00, 10:30, and 11:00.

Flight

Oakland Airport or San Francisco Airport

Both airports are convenient to Berkeley. Oakland is a bit closer, but San Francisco is a bit more direct by BART train.
