6:30 - 7:15 -- Guests arrive. Meet & Greet at the tent. Locate seating areas inside the tent. 7:20 -- Guests prepare for Ceremony; outside or inside depending on the weather. 7:30 -- Ceremony Begins: Officiated by Ted Oien. 7:45 - 8:30 -- Cocktail Hour: Guests gather in the tent for social mixing, music, & hors d'oeuvres. 8:30 - 8:45 -- Introduction: Bride & Groom arrive at the reception. Toasts to the newlyweds. First Dance. 9:00 - 9:15 -- Cake Cutting: Bride & Groom cut cake. Dessert table officially open. Father/Daughter dance. Mother/Son dance. 9:15 - 10:30 -- Dance! Get down on the dance floor, mingle by the fire. 10:30 - 11:00 -- Games: Limbo contest with prizes (no actual prizes will be awarded). Conga line? Line dance contest? 11:00 - 11:45 -- More dancing! More mingling! More party! 11:45 - 12:00 -- Find your NYE squeeze, grab some champagne, & prepare to bring in 2020 with the newlyweds. Last dances. 12:10 -- A sparkler send-off for the new couple. What a night!!
