What is the dress code

Leavenworth can be rather warm in August, accordingly we would ask that you wear summery "Dressy Casual" Ladies: summer dress/romper/etc. Gents: Linen/Light button ups. Khaki shorts are great

What time should we arrive

Answer

The Ceremony starts at 4. Please be seated no later than 3:55 PM. We strongly request this courtesy

Is alcohol served and/or allowed at the wedding

Answer

Alcohol will not be served at the wedding and it is not allowed on the premises. If anyone is found with alcohol, it is a $750 fine from the venue that we will charge to you.

Can I take photos during the ceremony

Answer

No. We have hired a photographer for this special day and we ask you respect the ceremony by refraining from any photos during the ceremony portion of the evening. Photos during the reception and cocktail hour are welcome and encouraged.

Any children invited will be reflected on your individual invitation

Is there parking at the venue

Yes, there will be pine river ranch staff directing you to the designated parking area
