Olivia and Josh met during summer school in June of 2014. Olivia quickly became close friends with Allie, her future sister-in-law. After some initial conflict over a capture-the-flag game, Olivia and Josh eventually became friends throughout high school and college. They started dating in August of 2020 and have been together happily ever since!

Josh and Olivia knew they wanted to get married soon after they started dating, and decided to finish grad school first before getting married. Josh will graduate in April of 2024 with his Masters in Clinical Counseling, and Olivia will graduate that same day with her Masters in Education Administration. Josh proposed on August 21st, 2022 in Des Peres park off Manchester. Olivia and Josh had a memorable date there when they had first started dating, and frequently returned to the park to take walks and spend time together. After the proposal, they worked on balancing wedding planning with graduate courses and full time jobs. They are so excited to finally have their graduate degrees and to be married.
