What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4pm sharp. Please plan to arrive between 3:30-3:45pm. Guests who arrive after the ceremony starts will have to wait until it concludes to avoid any interruptions or interference with our wonderful photographers and videographers!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Black Tie, so dress to impress! More is more. 🎉 Men should wear tuxedos (preferred) or black suits with black ties. Women should wear floor length evening gowns of any color, minus white. Please note: the venue is a pine tree forest so block heels or wedges are recommended for women to navigate areas with more rustic walkways.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The deadline to RSVP is January 11, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, your invitation will be marked as “respectfully declined.” In order to celebrate together, we need to allow ample time for our vendors to make sure each guest is accounted for. We appreciate your timely replies!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

If you have any specific dietary requirements, please let us know so we can work with the caterer to accommodate you.

Answer

Hotels in the nearby area have been listed under the travel section of the website. These hotels are listed in order of proximity starting with the closest to the farthest. We have included links so guests can book directly online.

Is there an after party? 🪩

Answer

The day after our big celebration, Sunday, February 23, we will be going "around the world" at Epcot for the first time as husband and wife! All guests are welcome to join us for a day of fun. 🤍 Note: attendees must purchase a ticket and make a park reservation ahead of time as Disney requires this for park entry.
