Where will the ceremony be and what time will it start?

Answer

The ceremony will be at Caleruega Chapel of Transfiguration and will strictly start at 9:00 AM. P.S. You may opt to bring a portable fan or hand fan. The beautiful church is well-ventilated however it is not airconditioned

What time should we arrive?

Answer

Please be there 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony.

Do we really need to RSVP?

Answer

YES, please! We need this to consolidate guest details and finalize the headcount for catering and seating arrangements. We also need a final guest list since the reception venue is strict in allowing entry. P.S. Those instructed to RSVP with the bride or groom do not need to RSVP with our coordinator :)

I have RSVPed "Yes" but due to a change in circumstance, I will no longer be able to attend. What should I do?

Answer

We understand that there may be such circumstances. We ask that you please let us know as soon as possible so we can reallocate your seats. We will also have a livestreaming service available for the ceremony. We would love it if you could still be with us virtually

I have RSVPed "No", but my schedule since changed and I can now attend. What should I do?

Answer

We are glad that you can make it! Please let us know as soon as possible. Having said that, please understand that we may have reallocated your seat(s) to another party. Therefore we cannot guarantee the same number of seats or any seat at all :(

Can we bring our kids to the wedding?

Answer

We love children, but due to necessity than choice, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue. The only kids attending are those who are part of the entourage and those we requested. We are hoping for your kind understanding.

Can I bring a date with me? (or any plus ones, driver, helper, etc.)

Answer

Please refer to your invitation for the number of allotted seat(s) to your party. As much as we'd love to have everyone celebrate with us, unfortunately, we can only accommodate a limited number of guests due to venue space and budget restrictions.

Can I bring my pet(s) with me?

Answer

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the church and its premises. For the reception venue, pets are allowed outside of the main hall or within the garden premises ONLY.

What should we wear?

Answer

Formal Attire Gents: Suit & tie or long sleeves & tie Ladies: Long gown, long dress, formal jumpsuit We request that our entourage and guests be in any of these colors on our special day. *Touch of Mocha, Taupe, Beige, Champagne, and Nude. STRICTLY! NO denim or jeans, sneakers or trainers, slippers or flip-flops. Please DO NOT wear white, cream, or ivory colors.

Where will the reception be and what time will it start?

Answer

The reception will be at Jardin De Amor Events Place, Alfonso, Cavite. Cocktails start at around 5:30 PM. Appetizers and refreshments will be served. Use this time to mingle, register, find your seats, and use the photo booth. P.S. Please bring an ID since the guards will only allow entry to those on the guest list

Can we sit anywhere during the reception?

Answer

Please don't :( It took us a lot of effort and discussion to finish the seating arrangement which is planned for everyone's convenience and network preference. You'll be seated along with family or friends.

When is the appropriate time to leave?

Answer

We aim to end the program at 3:00 PM. Please don't eat and run :( If you must leave early, we'd love to thank you and say goodbye before you go. Maybe not while they're playing the same-day edit video though :)

Where can we park our cars? How much will it cost?

Answer

There are limited parking slots in the ceremony venue; these are free. The reception venue can accommodate up to 100 cars, so there's ample space for everyone. Parking is likewise free.

Can we take pictures and videos during the wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony is unplugged and we plan to keep it solemn. Please put down and keep your phones during the processional ceremony. After we are pronounced as husband and wife, you're free to take shots :) We have an amazing team of live-streamer, photographers, and videographers to capture the moments. We promise to share the pictures with you after the wedding!
