FAQs

The Wedding Website of Jordan Ellershaw and Luke Northwood
If you have any questions other than what we have listed here, please feel free to get in touch with either of us and we will be happy to help!
Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Having you celebrate with us is more than enough gift for us, particularly with the time and travel involved in joining our destination wedding. For those who have asked, we've created a honeymoon fund with contributions towards experiences and adventures we can enjoy together after the wedding. The link is below for anyone who would like to contribute: https://app.collectionpot.com/pot/3491338

Question

Can I bring a date or plus one?

Answer

As we are getting married abroad, we have had to make some difficult decisions regarding our guest list. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate plus ones for our wedding. We hope you understand that this is due to the limitations of hosting a destination wedding. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

Do I have to stay at Villa Almanita?

Answer

Of course not! We are hoping that the majority of our wedding party is able to stay with us at the villa for the three nights and it certainly makes the weekend easier for you (taxis can be tricky to come by), but if you would like to look around for alternative accommodation you are more than welcome. Either way, please get in touch as soon as possible to let us know if you want to book a room or if you will not be needing one. Rooms are £160 per night and we can send over photos of the beautiful suites in the villa for you to look through!

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

With the exception of the children in our wedding party, we kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only event due to the logistical challenges of hosting a wedding abroad. We hope you understand and can make arrangements for childcare during this special occasion.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know your plans by September 1st 2025. We understand that our decision to have a destination wedding means that attending might not be feasible for everyone. While we would love to celebrate with all our friends and family, we know that travel, time and other commitments can make it difficult. Please know that your presence in our lives is deeply valued, and we completely understand if you can't join us on our special day
