Please RSVP to the welcome dinner and wedding through the "RSVP'' tab. We ask that you RSVP no later than 20 days before our wedding. RSVP for farewell lunch is not necessary.
There are 3 hotels listed under “Hotel Information”. The hotels are 5-10 minutes driving distance from each event location. Unfortunately, we could not secure a room block or discount at any of the properties.
Our wedding weekend will begin with a welcome dinner on Thursday at 6:30 PM. It will be a casual yet elegant affair. Please RSVP to this event under the tab and let us know if your kids will join you.
While we love your kids, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time.
We ask that guests wear formal attire and to keep our celebration vibrant we suggest wearing neutral and fall-colored tones. Please no jeans. We kindly ask that you reserve white for the bride.
Yes, and weather permitting the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be outside.
We ask that you arrive at the venue by 4 o'clock, to enjoy pre-ceremony entertainment and welcome cocktails! The ceremony will begin at 4:30.
There is free parking at the wedding venue.
After the wedding ceremony, a selection of passed hors d’oeuvres will be accompanied by an open bar.
We will be having a plated dinner from a pre-set menu. Please let us know when you RSVP if you or anyone in your party has dietary restrictions.
Our reception will end at 10:30 PM and there will be an informal after-party at Fiddlers Green Irish Pub & Eatery in Winter Park.
Please join us at Chuy's Tex-Mex on Saturday starting at NOON. You will not need to RSVP to this event as it will be open seating.
We will start the watch party at Chuy's. We may or may not keep the party there depending on the start of the game. Come ready to CHEER on the DAWGS in your favorite game-day attire... GOOOO DAWGS!
