Question

What about covid?

Answer

We are watching covid and the restrictions very closely and will post here on our website and send something out to everyone in the mail if our date (July 10th, 2021) won’t work for one reason or another. Thank you for your continued love and support, we hope to be celebrating our marriage with everyone in July!

Question

Wait, aren’t you already married?

Answer

Short answer: Yes we got married in May of 2020 Longer answer: Due to the pandemic we had to reschedule our wedding, but we didn’t want to wait another year to be married. So we planned a small ceremony and my (Morgan) dad got to officiate and marry us. It wasn’t what we planned but it was perfect. And now we are hopeful (and excited!) that we will get to celebrate our marriage with everyone on July 10th, 2021!

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Kids can join you, but it may be more fun for you to get a sitter and make a night of it! Our guest list is tight and may get tighter depending on covid restrictions. We will include them in your rsvp if numbers and restrictions allow us too. If your kiddos join you, please be aware that our venue required parents to supervise their children at all times. We ask that you respect their policies and keep your children in your line of sight at all times. Please reach out with any questions!

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is resort attire. This means sun dresses or similar for the ladies and dress shorts and button ups or similar for the guys.

Question

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

There will be a number on your rsvp for number of guests we have accounted for with you/your family. Please reach out to me (Morgan) at nixchitwoodwedding@gmail.com or text me if you still have questions about this.

Question

Where is the wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception are being held at the same venue. Evermore event center in deer park Washington. The address is 29815 N Short Rd.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

My advice would be to get there around 3:30 but no later than 3:45 so that we can make sure everything gets started on time and no one misses anything!

Question

Can I take and post pictures on social media?

Answer

We are having an UNPLUGGED ceremony, so no pictures until after we say I do. We will share our photographers pictures of the ceremony for everyone to enjoy. However, for the reception we would love to see your pictures! Be sure to tag us and use the hashtag #timetonixmylastname

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

If you are thinking of giving a gift, to help us on our way, a gift of cash towards our honeymoon, would really make our day. We already have all the housewares we could possibly need, so we have chosen to not do a traditional registry. However, if you would like to gift us something, a contribution to our honeymoon fund would be so appreciated, but is not expected!

Question

Is the bar a cash bar or open bar?

Answer

We will have an open bar serving beer and wine! (Make sure to bring your ID)

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you get your rsvp’s back to us by June 1st, 2021

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking at the venue.

Question

What if I have food allergies?

Answer

You can email nixchitwoodwedding@gmail.com to let us know of any food allergies and we will do our best to try and make sure there is something you can eat!

Question

What should I do if I still have questions?

Answer

If you still have a question feel free to reach out to us at nixchitwoodwedding@gmail.com or text either Eric or myself if you have our numbers!
