When should I RSVP by?

Please send us your acceptance or regrets by March 15, 2023.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests may arrive as early as 3:00 PM, but 3:30-3:45 PM is ideal. The ceremony will start precisely at 4:00 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, Los Willows is a private venue with parking specifically for guests. You will then be escorted from parking to the ceremony area.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we suggest black tie for the ceremony and reception, i.e. tuxedos or dark suits for men, and floor-length gowns for women. The welcome party on Friday is casual.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Yes, feel free to bring children. However, please note that no formal childcare will be provided on site.

Will there be transportation to/from the venue?

Answer

Shuttles will transport guests between our wedding venue (Los Willows) and our hotel (The Welk). Departure from the hotel front lobby. Shuttle service starts at 2:40 PM and runs every 15-20 minutes.

Who is invited to the Friday morning rehearsal and tea ceremony?

Answer

Our immediate family, bridesmaids, and groomsmen are invited. Significant others of the wedding party can sleep in, or spend the morning exploring around San Diego.

What is the attire for the Friday morning rehearsal and tea ceremony?

Answer

Smart casual / dressy casual. E.g. no sweatpants or ripped jeans.
