What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is dressy casual. Aloha attire is A-OK but please no shorts. You will be walking on grass so choose your footwear wisely!

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will take place at the Nutridge Estate. This event will be 100% outdoors.

Question

How do I get to the Nutridge Estate?

Answer

The Nutridge Estate is just 10 minutes up Round Top Drive from the H1 Freeway. GPS: Enter "Nutridge Street". We are located inside the Puu Ualakaa State Park (Tantalus Lookout). Driving: Heading towards the valley on Punahou St. turn left on Wilder Ave. Turn right on Makiki St and stay on Makiki St which will turn into Round Top Dr. (do not turn onto Makiki Heights Drive). Follow Round Top Dr. for about 5 minutes until you see the Puu Ualakaa State Park (just past the Manoa Valley lookout) Enter through the large yellow gate and drive straight ahead.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive before 4 p.m. allowing at least 15 minutes to park and sign in.

Where do I park? Is parking free?

Answer

Free valet service will be available for our guests. Once you turn into the Puu Ualakaa State Park, drive straight ahead and the valet will greet you.

When is the RSVP deadline? Can I RSVP online?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than January 25, 2020. Please mail back the RSVP card or text Ashley at (808) 295-4558 to RSVP.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our event is strictly RSVP only. Please refer to your RSVP card that indicates how many seats we have reserved for you.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

In March, the temperature averages mid to high 70s during the day, and it may be little cooler at night. March is also the end of our rainy season.

Do you have a hashtag?

Answer

Yes, our hashtag AND our Instagram handle is "thengyns"

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, please do! But please note that our ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony, which means we ask that you do not take pictures during the ceremony.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

YES! We will have an open bar with alcoholic AND non-alcoholic drinks. Please drink responsibly and plan for a ride home or a designated driver.
