Friday Night.... Welcome to New Yorke!

King's is where it all began for us...the first place we caught a glimpse of one another, to that night we played darts (or maybe they were tiny Cupid arrows?), to our dating debut (FESTIVUS!) and on to countless evenings of fun and forging great friendships that have ensued, we couldn't think of a better place for everyone to gather and mingle after the rehearsal is done and our out of town guests have arrived, checked in, have grabbed some dinner, and are ready to sip an exceptionally well-made cocktail and get to know the locals. (Did we mention the proprietress, Leslie, is one of our bridesmaids?) Casual night, come if and when you can, cash bar, light snacks provided.

The New Yorke Wedding

4:00 pm

Black Tie Optional (suits and semi-formal/cocktail dresses)

Traditional Catholic Nuptial Mass - shoulders should be covered (a shrug, wrap, or light scarf is fine); chapel veils are welcome, but not necessary). Reception is a garden party, and the venue has uneven walking surfaces (stone and grass) so comfortable shoes (wide heels or wedges for the ladies) or a change of shoes is highly recommended.
