The wedding date is April 14, 2027. The cruise sails April 12–16, 2027 from Port Canaveral, Florida. We ask all guests to arrive the night before and stay in the Port Canaveral area on April 11, 2027 to ensure a smooth embarkation.
The ceremony will take place at Perfect Day at CocoCay @11am, followed by a reception onboard Utopia of the Seas.
A valid and updated passport is strongly recommended for all guests. Royal Caribbean allows U.S. citizens to sail with a birth certificate + government ID on certain itineraries, but a passport is the safest option in case of emergencies or unexpected travel needs.
Plan to arrive at Port Canaveral no later than 11:00 AM on April 12. Cruise check‑in times will be assigned by Royal Caribbean once the check‑in window opens (usually 45 days before sailing).
We recommend staying in Cape Canaveral or Cocoa Beach on April 11. These hotels are closest to the port (4-5 mins away) and offer cruise‑friendly amenities like shuttles and early breakfasts.
Fly into Orlando International Airport (MCO) — about 45–50 minutes from Port Canaveral. Orlando Sanford (SFB) is a secondary option about an hour away.
Guests can choose from: • Shuttle services (shared or private) • Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) • Rental cars • Hotel cruise shuttles (many local hotels offer $10–$15 per person transfers)
The wedding colors are sand, sage green, blush pink, and lilac! Guests are free to wear one or a combination of these colors to help create a beautifully coordinated celebration. Soft spring color attire is also appropriate. You can find inspiration in the last three images on our gallery page.
