How do I RSVP?

Once formal invitations are sent out in Spring 2026, you will be able to RSVP right on this website! More instructions to come.
Question
Can I bring a date/plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your Save the Date and Wedding Invitation. Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thanks for understanding!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception will all take place indoors at The Gibson Social Club.

Is this a kid friendly wedding?
Answer
We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of a few immediate family members. Your formal invitation will address your child(ren) by name if they are invited. Thank you for understanding and we appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!

What is the dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is cocktail attire. Please avoid wearing jeans.

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?
Answer
Please avoid wearing white. Our wedding party will be wearing a mix of champagnes, neutral tones and black.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 4 PM and we ask that you arrive and be seated no later than 15 minutes beforehand. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes and it will give you time to park, sign the guest book and find a seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will be not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter.

Where do I park?
Answer
The lot connected right next to the The Gibson Social Club is available for parking. There are roughly 40-45 parking spots. The Gibson will provide parking passes as guests enter the building that need to be displayed clearly in the dash of any car parked in the lot. Cars are able to be parked overnight, but need to be removed by 9:00 am the following morning. There are additional public lots and street parking available in downtown Oshkosh.
