Dram Shop
The site of our first date! This local tap house is a great place to try beers (and wine/cider) from around Montana and around the world. One of our favorite places to ride our bikes to in the Summer and enjoy a pint.
Biga Pizza
This was the site of our second date, and our first kiss. I recommend the four cheese calzone and the breads and spreads, while Ricky recommends the flathead cherry pizza, or another specialty pizza. One of our absolute favorite restaurants in town.
Tamarack Brewing Co
The Flagship Tamarack! There is also a second location in Missoula that have eaten here more times than any other place in Missoula. Great food, good beer. If you're up for true Montana serving sizes get the full keg nachos or the chalkboard beer sampler! (you may want to share with a friend.. or two) They also have an amazing brunch spread, and great brunch cocktails.
Big Dipper Ice Cream
Best ice cream in town, and just across the bridge from the wedding reception. Watch the board for Ricky's favorite special: circus animal.
the Caras Carousel
If you're looking for something for the kids, or for the kid at heart, walk over to the Carousel at Caras Park! It is at the same location as the reception.
The M
A short but steep hike, with amazing views of the University and the entire valley. Some might say a trip to Missoula is incomplete without a walk up the M.
Montgomery Distillery
Ricky and I both love whiskey, and this is our favorite place in Missoula to get it. The Montgomery is a classy distillery with amazing fresh cocktails and spirits. One of our favorite date night locations.
Pie Hole
Perfect late night snack (or anytime of day really). New York Style Pizza, in the heart of downtown.
