Question

What pre-cautions are being taken due to Covid-19?

Answer

Please keep in mind our venue will most likely be at max capacity. We are hoping that friends and family will have the chance to get the vaccine by November 2021 if they see fit. If you are not comfortable by November to attend a large event we completely understand, kindly decline the invite. Guests are more than welcome to wear masks, our venue does not require staff or guests to wear masks.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We are planning to be at Max Capacity for our venue, please RSVP on this site by August 1st to allow us to invite others we would love to attend.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony by 3:30pm to ensure that you can grab a seat, converse with family/friends, and find parking.

Question

Where will the Ceremony and Reception be held?

Answer

The Ceremony and Reception will both be held at New Holland Parlor in Gainesville, GA. The Ceremony will be held downstairs in The Locker Room, while the reception will be held upstairs in The Parlor.

Is the Ceremony or Reception held outside?

Answer

Both Ceremony and Reception will be held inside. Please still plan to dress warm as the building is over a 100 years old. The Bar will be held on the outside Patio, doors will remain closed and we will have the fireplace lite and roaring all night.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking at the venue, please keep in mind we are planning on our venue to be a max capacity. This means parking may be scarce, please plan to carpool with other family members or friends that are attending.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The Dress Code is Cocktail attire, please wear what you feel comfortable in. We just ask that guests do not wear jeans, t-shirts, or white.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please only bring a date if has already been noted on your RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are more than welcome to attend, please note on your RSVP if you have children attending and how many. (Infants do not need to be noted, only if a seat is needed)
