We're getting married!

A few weeks before Christmas, Ian and I drove down to Myrtle Beach to spend some time with my family before the holidays. Under the ruse of a photoshoot for my mom's Christmas gift, we got dressed up and met my sister and nephew at the Conway Riverwalk just before sunset. After pictures, we got back in the car, and Ian put a blindfold on me and told me he had a surprise! When we arrived at our destination, he walked me over blindfolded and told me to wait. After a few moments, I heard our song, "Can't Help Falling In Love" by Elvis Presley, start playing. I finally removed my blindfold and realized we were in my backyard, only it had been completely transformed! I walked down the homemade aisle, covered in rose petals and lined with glowing candles & photos of us over the years, to meet him under the twinkling lights of a gazebo, where he asked and I said YES! Only afterwards did I realize we were surrounded by friends and family the whole time, and we had a big party to celebrate our new engagement!
