Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Please note that our venue is a private residence with very strict parking guidelines, and street parking is strictly prohibited. Complimentary valet service will be provided on-site, so please allow a few extra minutes for drop-off and pickup. Because space at the property is limited, we also STRONGLY encourage guests to carpool or use rideshare services like Uber or Lyft if possible.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive to the venue at 3:00 PM. Please note that the ceremony will start PROMPTLY at 3:30 PM. ANYONE ARRIVING LATE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND THE CEREMONY - NO EXCEPTIONS.

What's the dress code?
Answer
Our wedding will be black-tie optional, so feel free to dress up in suits, ties, floor-length gowns, or midi dresses - though we kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white. Since all festivities after the ceremony will take place outdoors on grass and gravel, ladies should wear block heels, wedges, platforms, or flats to stay comfortable and avoid sinking into the lawn.

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that you turn off all cell phones and cameras during our ceremony so everyone can fully enjoy the moment with us. Our incredible photography and videography team will capture every detail, and we'll be sure to share their photos and videos with you as soon as they're ready!

When should I request my car for pickup?
Answer
IMPORTANT: Because our venue is located in a residential neighborhood, the venue has a strict requirement that all guests must vacate the property by 10:30 PM at the latest. We will be charged a significant fee if anyone remains on the property after 10:30 PM, so we kindly ask everyone to plan accordingly. Our reception will end at 9:30 PM, so please plan your rideshare or car pickup accordingly and carpool if possible. The venue has a one-way entrance and exit, and it may take some time for vehicles to enter and leave the property. There is NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED, INCLUDING HAVING YOUR RIDE WAIT OUTSIDE THE VENUE. Please instruct your ride to enter the venue when they arrive, as our venue's owner could be cited if there are vehicles idling outside the property. Where's the afterparty?

When the reception ends, we’ll head over to the Hilton San Diego/Del Mar! They have a great lounge area in the lobby and an outside area with fire pits. Everyone is welcome to join us as we keep the celebration going. Please note that parking at the hotel is valet only. Hotel Address: 15575 Jimmy Durante Blvd Del Mar, CA 92014

Anything planned for the morning after?

We will be enjoying breakfast at the hotel (Hilton San Diego/Del Mar), followed by a relaxing day by the pool. We would love for you to join us!

We are able to offer plus-ones to select guests, and this will be clearly indicated on your invitation. Thank you for understanding as we keep our celebration intimate.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a fun and relaxing evening with us!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! We have a hotel block reserved for our guests, along with additional hotel options listed under the Travel tab on our website. The deadline for our hotel black has passed, but you are welcome to reach out directly to our services manager @ anagabriela.cordero@delmarhilton.com, and she will do her best to accommodate you with the group rate given availability.
