The course invites all participants to start by harvesting herbs and vegetables from Villa Maria’s garden. The making of the pizza dough will follow, together with the mozzarella-making show. In addition to pizza-making, participants will also prepare the traditional Italian Aubergine parmigiana, and of course, at the end of the cooking, everyone is invited to enjoy their preparations. Dessert will also be served (though not prepared by the participants)

A cooking course with Mamma Agata is a unique experience. Held on a stunning terrace in Ravello, this is a "demonstration" cooking course. Dishes include antipasti, pasta, breads, seasonal vegetables, meat dishes, cakes and marmalades! All food is then eaten together.
