Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above or on the home screen and RSVP at your earliest convenience before March 10th, 2025. Please type in one of the names in your party (example: John Smith) and click "Select". Please follow the prompts to complete your RSVP and we will be notified.

Answer

If you do not RSVP by March 10th, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we do have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "will not attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "attending" but can no longer make it, please notify Jay or Marlena as soon as you are aware.

The Pearle Hotel takes serious precautions to ensure the safety and well being of all of our guests dietary restrictions and allergies. When you RSVP to the reception, please answer the question “Are there any dietary restrictions or allergies that we need to know about?”. Please note the persons name in your party along with their detailed restrictions or allergies. Example: John Smith - peanuts and treenuts We will forward all of your information to the Pearle Hotel Team, and they will ensure to accommodate your meal.

During our ceremony, there is free parking behind the church. During our cocktail hour and reception, there is parking available onsite for a fee. This parking fee is discounted if you do plan on booking a reservation with The Pearle Hotel.

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us for our big day. We are requesting that all of our guests dress in appropriate formal or black tie optional attire. Ladies can wear floor length dresses or gowns. Gentlemen can wear a suit or tux with a necktie or a bowtie.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 12:00pm. Please arrive at 11:30am to ensure that everyone will be seated before the wedding party walks down the aisle.

We are asking that our guests be present in the moment with us during our ceremony and have all devices away. We have hired amazing professional photographers to capture the entire day and they are excited to share their photos with you.

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors.

We would love to celebrate with everyone but due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our reception an adult-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to take this opportunity as a well deserved night off!
