Greensboro (15–20 minutes from The Corry House) and Madison (35–40 minutes away) are the closest towns to our venue. Athens (50–55 minutes away) is home to the University of Georgia and offers the largest selection of hotels, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. If you'd like to stay close to the venue, we recommend Greensboro or Madison. If you're making a weekend of your trip and want the most to see and do, we recommend staying in Athens. If you're flying in, we recommend flying into Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), about 1.5–2 hours from the venue. We also recommend renting a car, as public transportation and rideshare options are limited in the area. While you're in town, explore Athens' vibrant downtown, the University of Georgia campus, local breweries, and the State Botanical Garden. In Greensboro, enjoy Lake Oconee, local golf courses, charming shops, and nearby restaurants.
