What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. The dress code is cocktail attire. We are asking that our family and friends wear shades of green. Ladies, keep in mind the parking lot is gravel and this will be an outside ceremony and cocktail hour.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

The venue we are using for this special day has a maximum we have to stay below for a comfortable fit. If you were given a plus one, they will be listed in your party when you RSVP.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! We are providing an open bar. The bar will consist of the choice of two cocktails (His & Hers); as well as beer and wine. YAY TO FREE DRINKS!!!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outside?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. During cocktail hour you will have the opportunity to step inside for some cool air and activities. The reception will be held inside of a temperature controlled tent.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages on the premise.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, there is a hotel block with Holiday Inn Express Airport Hotel. Please view the “Travel” tab for more information.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. Please plan to arrive between 5:00-5:15 to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely - reach out to the bride or groom with any allergy-related concerns/requests.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please visit the “RSVP” table here on our website. You will need to type in the name of one person in your party. If there is no result after entering your name, please contact the bride or groom because it may just be a spelling issue on our part.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP in time (June 1, 2025), you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. You will receive reminders once a month until the deadline.

Can I post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes! Whatever videos or pictures that are taken after the ceremony can be shared on social media.

Do guests have to stay at the main hotel chosen for room blocks?

Answer

No. Guests are welcome to stay at any hotel they'd like. With that, you would need to make plans for transportation if needed. Below, is a list of hotels that are also close to the venue: DoubleTree - Hard renovation done in Jan 2019, Full service hotel with restaurant on site for breakfast and dinner. One of the closest to Mankin Hilton Garden Inn - Soft renovation done in 2018, Full service hotel with restaurant on site for breakfast and dinner. One of the closest to Mankin Hampton Inn - Limited service hotel with complimentary breakfast. no onsite restaurant. Clean and Well maintained. One of the closest to Mankin *Holiday Inn Express - Renovated in 2020, limited service hotel with complimentary breakfast. no onsite restaurant One of the closest to Mankin The above hotels are all in the same cul de sac and are within 5 mins walking distance to Sheetz and WAWA where there are 24 hours F&B service options. Sheraton - Hard renovation in Dec 2019, One of the newest. Full service Marriott with restaurant onsite for breakfast and dinner. A bit further from Mankin than the ones above. Hyatt Place - Limited service with complimentary breakfast, no onsite restaurant. Great locations for shops and dining within walking distance.

If I donate to a specific activity on Honeyfund, but the newlyweds decide not to do that specific activity, will they still receive the money?

Answer

Yes, the newlyweds receive all funds that are contributed to their honeymoon on their Honeyfund.

Will there be a box at the wedding for envelopes?

Answer

Yes, for those wanting to gift cards to the newlyweds, there will be a box at the wedding for this purpose.
