All guests will stay on site for the entire wedding weekend - 350 dollars PER PERSON to cover lodging and food for the full three-night stay. Payment due by March 25, 2025. Keep in mind some of you may have a private room where others will be sharing (it will be with people you are friends with) Room assignments will be given :)

Transportation will be provided from Florence Airport (FLR) to the venue: Group 1: Bus 1: 13:30 departs airport. Arrives at the castle: 14:30 Bus 2: 14:00 departs airport. Arrives at the castle: 15:00 Group 2: Bus 1: 1500 departs airport. Arrives at the castle: 1600 Bus 2: 1630 departs airport. Arrives at the castle: 1730 Traveling back to FLR on Monday October 27 Group 1: Bus 1: 08:00 departs castle. Arrives at the airport: 09:00 Bus 2: 08:30 departs castle. Arrives at the airport: 09:30 Group 2: Bus 1: 11:00 departs castle. Arrives at the airport: 12:00 Bus 2: 11:30 departs castle. Arrives at the airport: 12:30 If you’re arriving from the airport, once you exit the terminal and go outside, the meeting point is in the parking area to the left. If you’re coming from the city center by tram, the meeting point is in the parking area directly in front of the tram stop.
