Question

"Can I leave my car overnight at the venue?"

Answer

Yes! We highly suggest leaving your car overnight for your safety and the safety of others if you need to. However, all cars must be out of the parking lot no later than 11:00AM the following morning to allow the owners to prepare for another wedding that will be held that day.

Question

"Will there be shuttles to/from the venue?"

Answer

There will be a bus that will shuttle to and from the venue only for those staying at The Best Western! We will share exact departure times from each location soon!

Question

"Can guests walk up the hill to the house that is next to the venue?"

Answer

Absolutely NOT! The owners of the venue live on the property and request guests stay within the venues jurisdiction. If you question whether or not you should be somewhere on the property odds are you shouldn't and are better off retreating back to the pack where it is more fun anyways!

Question

"I noticed there is a lot of land for kids to run around. Is it ok I leave them unattended?"

Answer

We understand there are some children that will be attending and we are excited for them to share our special day, however, we ask that you stay with your children for their safety and for liability purposes. There is a pond on the property that is to not be swam in. There is a dock that is not to be walked on. There are trees on the property that are not to be climbed. There are rocks on the property that are not to be climbed. Damage of property including tree branches or landscape will be an added charge on the Bride and Groom. In summary, ALL CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES. Thank you!
