What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. The ceremony will start promptly, so this will give you ample time to find your seat, enjoy the atmosphere, and settle in before the event begins.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Due to limited space, we kindly ask that you refer to your invitation. Only guests listed are invited. Thank you for understanding!

We want everyone to enjoy the celebration! If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP so we can make sure we accommodate your needs

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes, free parking is available at the venue for all guests. We look forward to seeing you there!

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes, shuttle service will be provided from The Hyatt Place Windsor. The shuttle will depart at 2:45 PM and will return at 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM. Please indicate in your RSVP if you plan on taking the shuttle. We hope this makes your travel more convenient, and we look forward to having you celebrate with us!

Where should I stay?

Answer

We’ve reserved a hotel block at The Hyatt Place Windsor for our guests. To book, just visit the "Travel" page on our website and follow the link, or call the front desk and mention the block. Early check-in is also available—just give the front desk a call to arrange it. We hope this makes your stay even more convenient!
