Ainsley and Jeremy met on the dating app Hinge, ironic for those who know them, in April of 2023. A couple weeks went by before deciding on their first date on the 27th of that month at Clinton Lake in Lawrence Kansas. Jeremy had arranged the date full of thoughtfulness, which is a moment that stood out to Ainsley fervently, as he made some of her favorite foods for a picnic by the water. The two spent hours chatting, connecting over jokes and stories. From that evening on, they continued to find reasons to see each other, as one date turned into many and by June of 2023 they were a couple. Fast forward a bit, and Jeremy had something special planned. He brought Ainsley back to the exact spot where their first picnic took place. There, on that same patch where the blanket had laid, he dropped to one knee and proposed, right where their story began. Now, they’re excited to celebrate the next chapter of their journey, surrounded by the people they love most.
