Ben & Sammi have reserved all 21 cabins at NEOC and will divide guests into each. Please let us know if you would like to stay! You will know in advance who you are in a cabin with, who is in charge of your cabin, and how /when to pay for it. If you have any questions don't hesitate to reach out to Sammi at (207) 478-3667.
While we adore all of your children, we have decided to go with an adults only event to allow the Bride & Groom & all of their guests to enjoy the celebration.
The ceremony will be held by the water, behind the river drivers restaurant, through the path in front of all of the cabins NEOC has to offer. There will be signage, so keep an eye out!
The reception is being held at the event center at NEOC. A shuttle will bring people back and forth from the venue space to cabins and vice versa.
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests due to limited capacity. We only allow people named on your invitation. Your invitation will say "{Your Name} & {Guest}" if a plus one has been given to you.
This is a formal or cocktail attire event. Please no jeans, flannels, or tshirts.
