What should I wear?

Answer

Dress is casual but keep in mind that our reception will be outdoors, so plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

Cocktail hour starts at 5:30pm. Please be there by at least 6:00pm.

What COVID precautions will be in place?

Answer

Our reception will be outside and you will be seated at a table of 8 people total. The food buffet, bar, and restrooms will be located inside the building, so please wear a mask when roaming around away from your table.

Is there transportation to the hotels from the reception?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle available to take guests from the reception back downtown. The last shuttle will be around 9:45pm so if you want to stay later than that, you'll need to Uber. The party is over at 10pm at Barber Park.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

While we are having a buffet and can't take special requests, we do have options that are gluten free and will be noted as such on the buffet line.
