Do you have Covid -19 precautions to share?

Answer

There is a reasonable expectation of some restrictions that all attendees should be prepared to follow. If you are NOT feeling well, we kindly ask that you do not attend. As we would hate for any of our loved ones to become ill. Face masks covering your nose and mouth are HIGHLY recommended!

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we ask that you wear formal attire please! We are looking forward to making forever memories with all our guest. Please come dressed to impress in formal attire. Please note: We ask that you please DO NOT wear Ivory or Gold. The colors are in honor of the following: 1. Bride 2. Groom 3. The Mother and Father of the Bride 4. The Mother and Father of the Groom. If you are interested in wearing our wedding colors, please select Tiffany Blue or Pink. You are NOT required to wear our wedding colors.

Are children allowed to attend?

Answer

While we love and adore the little ones, we want all the parents to enjoy a fun and memorable night out without the kiddos. Please no children in attendance.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Due to an overflow of support and limited seating in the venue there are strict guidelines set for RSVPing for our magical day. We have closed the Wedding Attendance form. This guarantees your spot to view our ceremony in person or virtual. The deadline has passed and we have reached the max allowed to attend in person. If we did not received your wedding attendance form by the deadline set, we will not be able to accommodate you for our in-person ceremony. Our virtual option will be available to RSVP. Please email themooreexperience2022@gmail.com to request an opportunity to view our ceremony virtually.

What should I do if I cannot make it in person?

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Not at this time, instead we are having a Newlywed fund. The fund will focus on the honeymoon and securing our first home. We believe it's best that all donations will go towards our next chapter in our lives. We accept cash, cash app, Venmo, Paypal, and checks. There will be an onsite wishing well at our in-person ceremony. More details are available under the Registry tab on our website.

I need a hotel room. Do you have a guest hotel?

Answer

Yes, we have partnered with the beautiful modern Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel located in the suburban town of Collierville, TN. (20 minutes away from the venue.) The hotel is providing a discounted rate of $99.00 per night. (Before taxes). For more information, please visit our wedding website under “Travel” tab for more information.

What time should I arrive on the wedding day?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 6:00pm. Please arrive by 5:30pm so that we can begin seating. Late arrivals WILL NOT be able to enter once the ceremony begins. If you are running late, we recommend to please take advantage of our virtual option. We do not want you to miss the magical moment.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

You already know it mane! We want you to have fun. While this is an open bar, please play it safe. DO NOT drink and drive. We ask that you take advantage of Uber or Lyft if you have too many drinks. We are proud of booking one of the best bartenders in Memphis. Nevertheless, safety is our top concern.

Parking at Avon Acres

Answer

Parking is limited. We highly recommend that you take advantage of arriving early for a parking spot. Uber and Lyft is always an excellent option, especially if you are going to make your way to the open bar. :)
