Shuttle FAQ

Answer

The shuttle will run from 3:30–4:45 PM, with pick-up at 89 Jackson Meadows Rd (Little Truckee Summit OHV/Snowmobile Staging Area) PLEASE use google maps to find it - Apple Maps will take you to the wrong road. The ride to the venue takes about 5 minutes. Unless we’ve contacted you directly about parking at the venue, please plan to take the shuttle. Return shuttle service will begin at 8:00 PM. Please note: There is no cell service on the way to or at the venue, so Uber/Lyft won’t be available unless pre-booked. Reach out with any questions!

Can I take an Uber or Lyft to the venue?

Answer

There is no cell service at the venue, so we do not recommend using a rideshare unless you are scheduling your rides back in advance. We see this as an opportunity to unplug and be fully present in the moment with us! A landline is available on-site, and WiFi can be provided for emergencies only.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving 30–45 minutes early to enjoy a welcome drink and take in the venue before the night begins! You’re also welcome to arrive earlier. Please note that the shuttle location can be a bit tricky to find due to lack of cell service, so we encourage you to allow extra time.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal or Cocktail - Garden Chic. We’re excited to celebrate in style! Feel free to wear suits, formal or cocktail dresses, and embrace vibrant colors, patterns, frills, and bold silhouettes.
