What time should I arrive to the venue?

We would recommend arriving no later than 4pm

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We’d love to celebrate with as many people as possible, but due to space and planning, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. When you RSVP, you’ll be able to respond for everyone in your party, including a guest if one has been invited.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 7th unless bride and groom are aware of a special circumstance before that date. Any unanswered RSVP's will be automatically marked no after that date. We hope you can be there to celebrate with us on our special day!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our guests in formal/black-tie optional attire. The wedding is a wine color palette if you feel excited about wearing that, but any colors other than white are great too

Are you having an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

We are! We love that you want pictures/videos of us on our special day, however, we are paying for very amazing photography and videography that would not be as amazing if everyone has their phones out in all the shots. We appreciate your understanding and patience to get the professional photos back when we do!

Are kids welcomed?

We love your little ones, and if your children are included in the celebration, their names will appear on your invitation.

Yes! You can find our registry under the designated registry tab on this website

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Christian County allows beer, wine, champagne, all of which will be provided.

Will the event be taking place indoors or outdoors?

The cocktail hour is the only part of our day that is truly outdoors with no covering

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

The venue has free parking and there will be no transportation needed from ceremony to reception with it being in one walkable and accessible location.

The Springfield and Branson airports are the closest to the venue

What will be provided during the cocktail hour?

Light snacks, cocktails, and beverages from Alpine coffee cart!!

Yes, we will be serving both dinner and desserts at our reception

If you have a dietary restriction, please list it on your RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate you

Are there any local places you would recommend I visit while in town?

We have some Springfield favorites! If you aren't staying in Springfield, reach out for other options. We have lots of favorites all over the Ozarks.
