Yes, transportation will be provided from Grand Casino Hinckley, to the venue and back in the evening. The bus will arrive at GCH at 3 PM and depart at 3:15 PM to the venue. Please arrive promptly as there is only one ride to the venue. We have arranged for 2 pick up times to be brought back to GCH. 9PM and 11 PM.
For guests checking into Grand Casino Hinckley on Friday 9/18 and/or looking to take the bus to the venue, please request an early check-in through the app within 24 hours of your hotel stay. GCH will try their best to accommodate. They do also offer a bag drop and late check-in after the wedding if you wish to do that and still take the bus if your room is not ready.
Yes! The venue is aware that guests may need to leave their vehicles overnight. Please note, however, that all cars must be picked up by 8 AM the following morning.
To ensure an intimate day, we are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding. We would like to keep the guest list just to those who know us well. Your invitation will indicate whether a plus one has been included. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out!
We love your children, but we are only able to accommodate any children who are part of the bridal party.
Although the ceremony and reception will be held indoors, our cocktail hour will be held outside. Please dress accordingly!
We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. We have an incredible photographer and content creator that will be there to capture the day!
