COVID-19 precautions?
Answer
Both of our families are all vaccinated, as well as the entire wedding party. The venue space fits 300 and we are expecting approximately 120 guests. There will be masks and hand sanitizer for use. Masks are required in public spaces such as the hotel lobby and elevators. If you are feeling hesitant, please feel free to ask one of us for more information. If you need to change your RSVP as the date gets closer, please reach out to Lauren at laurenbaraban@gmail.com. We want everyone to feel as comfortable as possible and would never want to put anyone in a stressful situation!

Formal and semi-formal attire! We want our guests to wear whatever they feel the best in!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Downtown KC has a lot of construction right now. We recommend leaving 15-20 minutes earlier than planned to ensure the construction and parking situations downtown won’t affect your arrival time! The hotel does not currently have valet parking. There is a parking garage for guests of the hotel that is available. It is located around the back of the hotel.
