If the weather permits, the ceremony will be held outdoors.

Will transportation be provided from the hotel to the venue and back?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided from the Four Points by Sheraton Melville to the Mansion at Oyster Bay and back to the hotel. The shuttle for the ceremony will leave at 4:30pm.
