Shuttle

For those staying at The Westin, there will be a shuttle available to transport you to the Ceremony at The Cordelle. There will be two shuttles that loop: the first shuttle will arrive at 3:45pm and depart at 4:05pm, and the second will return at 4:20pm and depart by 4:35pm. The shuttles will also be ready to take guests back to The Westin at the end of the night if you'd like to take it!
Hotel
This hotel is where the Welcome Party will be and where the Bride and Groom will be staying! It's also a very quick drive to the venue and is South of Broadway, which will help you avoid traffic delays on the way to the ceremony. *To be included in our discounted hotel block, please use the below link when booking your stay for Thursday 8/28 and Friday 8/29. If you plan to extend your stay at The Westin past Friday night, you can either email group.housing@westinnashville.com OR call the hotel and ask for "Group Housing" so they can assist over the phone instead. *all reservations need to be made by 7/28/25
