WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Formal Black Tie with a color code of black. This means black dresses, typically floor length. For men, black tuxedos or suits with ( you guessed it ) a black tie. We ask that all our guests wear black to fit our color scheme and make our photos turn out timeless.

ARE KIDS ALLOWED?

Answer

While we do love all your little ones, this is a day we wish to keep as adults-only. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

We kindly ask you to arrive at 4:30pm to ensure nothing is missed.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

WILL THE WEDDING BE OUTDOORS?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, please plan accordingly. These events will be followed by dinner and dancing indoors.

WHAT IF I DO NOT RSVP IN TIME?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and venue with exact numbers by a certain date. Please RSVP as soon as possible.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

Yes! Please plan accordingly. We will provide a shuttle to and from the designated hotel.

HOW DO I USE THE SHUTTLE TO THE VENUE?

Answer

The shuttle will pick up guests outside the designated hotels at 4:15 pm. Please be on time so you do not miss the departure. The shuttle will depart the venue at 10:15 pm after a full day of celebrating and return back to the hotels.
