When Is The Deadline To RSVP?

Answer

The deadline to RSVP is 7/3/24. You can RSVP online via this website. The online portal will be closed at midnight. A RSVP is required for both the Ceremony and the Reception in order to attend. Please Note: If invited guests do not RSVP by the deadline, they will not be on the list to attend our wedding.

What Days Should I Travel?

Answer

We would love for everyone to travel Sunday, September 1, 2024 to Wednesday, September 4, 2023, but this is also your vacation. So, come as early as you like and/or stay as long as you wish!

What Time Does The Ceremony Begin?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We recommend guests to arrive at least 30 minutes early to accommodate for parking, as the doors will be closed at 5:30 PM. Cocktail hour and the Reception will be held on the property, in different rooms, immediately after.

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Answer

Any plus one, beyond what your invite allows, must be approved by the Bride and Groom. Space is limited and we want to make sure that everyone is comfortable. Please note: Children must be approved, as well.

Is There A Dress Code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is Black Tie! We cannot wait to see your beautiful gowns, suits, and beautiful faces! Don’t forget your dancing shoes 🖤

Will Events Take Place Indoors Or Outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding, cocktail hour, and reception will all be indoors. That said, if you get cold easily, please don't forget your small sweaters/jackets.

Will You Livestream Your Wedding If I Cannot Attend?

Answer

You will definitely be missed, but if you're not able to attend the wedding in person, unfortunately, we will not have any other accommodations for witnessing our union.

Can I Take Pictures Or Record Videos?

Answer

Yes! Please be mindful that we have hired professionals to capture this moment too. But, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like. Make sure to use our hashtag #TheMercadoWay to share with us!

Uh, no! Drinks are on us all night! BUT, please celebrate responsibly, making Uber or Lyft accommodations to get home safely! **Hint: I'm talking to you, out of town guests!**

The food options will be plentiful, and you'll have the opportunity to make your dinner choices upon arrival.
