You’re having a 5K?

Answer

YES! We got engaged at the finish line of a half marathon, so what better way to kick off our wedding weekend than with a 5K! We value being active and would love to share this with you all. You do not have to run, this will be a run/walk. Refreshments and snacks will be provided, and there will be an option to purchase drinks/ food at Gina’s Sports Doc after. We will be ordering Shirts/Medals on April 5th. Please RSVP no later than April 1st, or we may not have a TShirt for you. Reminder - this is at no cost to you! We will provide the TShirt and medal. Can my children come to the wedding?

We are at our guest maximum, so unfortunately we cannot accommodate any additional guests, including your children.

So there’s an after party?

Answer

Yes! We have our venue space rented through 11PM. If you would like to celebrate into the night with us, we will be going to the Tin Widow after the wedding. This is a very special place to us; we have come to know the owners well after many dates at their bar. The after party is about 25 minutes away from the venue; we will have a shuttle running between the Schlitz Audubon and the Tin Widow from 10:00pm- 11:30pm. You are responsible for your transportation from the Tin Widow to your hotel/ AirBNB after the after party. So we can let Tin Widow’s staff know, please RSVP to this event if you plan to come!

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

We did not gauge enough interest, so we did not book blocks. Please see our travel section for recommendations and book your accommodations soon.

Do you have a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Nothing is required, but we encourage ‘garden party’ wear. We are getting married at a nature center, so we would love for you all to wear spring colors to help make our day extra joyful :)
