How do I book the trip?

Answer

We will send a formal invite by email through Evite where we will post regular updates so everyone can stay informed. Many guests will arrive from various places around the world. Important updates about flight availability from a specific city (Seattle, or Toronto) will be one of the things we will post once we finalize all details. You can also stay updated by checking in with Julie.

Is it cheaper if I book through Julie?

Answer

Absolutely ! We have been working hard with Julie and a lot of suppliers to ensure that our group rates are significantly less than what you would get through a regular purchase.

How do I make the payment?

Answer

There is a small deposit to ensure that the room is held for you. Full payment is due closer to the date, but Julie can help you figure everything out and answer all your questions.
