We have a room block through the DoubleTree by Hilton in Milford, MA for 12/12/2025 and 12/13/2025. The room block has closed as of 4 weeks prior to our event per DoubleTree policy, but rooms can still be booked outside of the room block through their website (see link).

Shuttle from main hotel to wedding venue

A shuttle bus will pick up guests at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Milford, MA to bring guests to the Grand View. The shuttle will start boarding at 2:05 PM and depart at 2:15 PM, so please plan accordingly if you are planning to utilize the shuttle.

A shuttle bus will pick up guests at the Grand View to bring guests back to the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Milford, MA following the reception. The shuttle will start boarding after the reception concludes (9:00 PM) and will depart at approximately 9:15-9:30 PM once everyone has boarded. Please plan accordingly if you are planning to utilize the shuttle back to the hotel.
