Eva and Michael met for the first time on December 31st, 2019 in New York City. Eva was celebrating with her sister and some friends, while Michael was celebrating with his long time friend. By a stroke of luck, they both ended up at the same jazz bar in Chinatown where they met about an hour before midnight. They were talking at the bar when midnight struck, and the rest is history.
