3:15 PM - SHUTTLE DEPARTURE Shuttles will depart from the Hotel Northampton & The Fairfield Inn and Suites to bring guests to the venue on-time for the ceremony. 4:00 PM - CEREMONY Please note, the ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm, plan to arrive at 3:30 pm to make sure you are on time! The ceremony will take place in a heated Pavilion - jackets and coats are recommended. Buses will be leaving Valley View Farm hourly starting at 9 PM and ending at 1 AM.
