Is there a dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place inside. Cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor depending on the weather.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests can start arriving for the ceremony at 4:00 p.m. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm, so please arrive with ample time to make your way to the ceremony location and find your seat.

What is the best way to get to the venue?

Answer

There will be a shuttle to and from our hotel blocks (Lancaster Arts Hotel and The Holiday Inn downtown). We will update the website with shuttle information once finalized. If you choose to drive, there is ample parking - although see the next question for full details.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking available at the venue! If you intend on drinking though, we recommend using our shuttle from the hotel or taking a rideshare (Uber/Lyft) to and from the venue as the venue has asked us to not leave cars overnight.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have arranged two block options at the Lancaster Arts Hotel (where we are staying) and at the Holiday Inn downtown. Please see the Travel tab for details!

What should I do about dietary restrictions or food allergies?

Please note these in your RSVP and we will make sure it is taken care of with our caterer :)

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

Yes! The venue is fully ADA compliant with ramps as well as handicapped-accessible restrooms on both levels of the barn. This is something we asked about when considering venues.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

If your invitation is addressed to you and a guest, then please do! If not, because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love kids, we are having a child-free wedding.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We will have professional photographers and a professional videographer at the wedding to take photos. During the ceremony and key moments, we ask all phones, cameras, and other devices to be put away, so you can enjoy the moment and make memories with us! We are paying a lot of money for them, so we promise to share them for all to enjoy! During the general cocktail hour and reception time, you are of course welcome to take photos! :)

Our wedding colors are Emerald (deep green) and Rust Orange.
